Once we have completed the site investigation, we have to make sense of the data obtained. Dr. Dennis Helsel will guide you through practical approaches and tools for a statistical analysis of your data.Following areas will be covered:
  • Goal for statistical methods
  • The mean and UCL95
  • The geometric mean and the median
  • The 90th and other percentiles
  • One population or two?
  • Weighting observations unequally
  • Comparison of existing data to background concentrations
