This November, for the first time ever, GeoEnviroPro – the home of GeoPro Talks, Canada’s favourite free Wednesday technical environmental webinars = and SMART Remediation, the source of Canada’s favourite roving environmental learning seminars, the annual SMART Remediation series – are collaborating to change the way the contaminated sites industry connects and develops.

combines face-to-face meeting, networking and demonstrations at Simon Fraser University’s Harbour Centre with virtual participation from anywhere with an internet connection.  

This unique, first-ever congregation of elite practitioner user groups – in a fast-paced, expert-moderated hybrid model – lets you network in-person in beautiful downtown Vancouver and/or make meaningful virtual connections with fellow professionals, regulators and stakeholders around the world.

Call for Abstracts

Submit your proposal NOW for a rapid-fire (20 minute), interactive (5 minute Q&A), technical talk in any of four (4) different streams:

(1) Sustainable remediation technologies, approaches and case studies,
2) Facilitating effective and efficient municipal, provincial, and federal involvement.
3) innovation in site redevelopment and risk management, and
4) Restoration of abandoned mines and oil &gas sites  

Abstracts should be no more than 500 words and include a presentation description and short presenter biography. Please also include your preference for speaking in person at the event in Vancouver or presenting remotely.
