Stephen is an expert in physical and contaminant hydrogeology providing technical and regulatory knowledge related to the assessment, remediation and management of groundwater. Stephen applies his wide breadth of technical expertise to develop and apply innovative ways to find practical and cost-effective solutions to complex hydrogeologic problems. He also contributes to the development of BC Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy regulatory guidance and protocol documents and is a frequent lecturer for the Engineers and Geoscientists of BC.
